If for any reason you are not satisfied with any IPIX Virtual Tour scene or Digital Image, Geocentric will re-dispatch, at no expense to you, a photographer to recapture the image.
This service will be provided at no additional charge as long as Geocentric was notified within 10 days of the distribution of the Virtual Tour link or Digital image, and only when the client or client's representative was present at the time of the filming. Client or client's representative must also be present at the time of the re-shoot.
If you request a re-shoot 10 days after the distribution of the Virtual Tour link or digital image, Geocentric will re-dispatch a photographer to recapture the image at the customer's expense and regular pricing will apply.
