After Placing your order with us expect a call from our photographer to schedule an appointment to capture your Images within one business day.
Once the Photos have been captured and processed we will post the the Images and/or a link will be E-mailed to you providing additional instructions.
Once a Virtual Tour is captured Geocentric Productions, Inc. will make every attempt to deliver the tour within two (2) business days.
If you need to an cancel appointment with more then 24 hours in advance notice there will be no charge.
If an appointment is canceled by the agent or agents representative within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time. The customer will be charger a fee of $30.00, even if the appointment is rescheduled for a later time.
If your appointment is canceled by Geocentric Productions, Inc. within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment the customer will receive a free E-Gallery.
Missed filming appointments by the agent or agents representative will be charged a fee of $30.00 even if the filming is rescheduled for a later time. Photographers will wait up to 15 min after scheduled time.
There are no refunds after the filming of your order.
